Tylö Mega-Line heaters are a robust and reliable solution
for traditional sauna bathing – both dry and wet. Made
almost exclusively of stainless steel, these heaters incorporate
truly first-class electronics and components, including top
quality heating elements for long life and dependability. That
makes them specially suited for demanding environments such
as public bathing facilities, etc. The large, deep stone compartment
provides the optimum conditions for outstanding water vaporisation.
The Mega-Line programme is designed and manufactured by Tylö's

Tylö Mega-Line with separate control panel
Mega-Line EP 100 and EH 150 are operated via
a control panel located outside the sauna room. This offers
advantages such as an energy-saving stand by-function, remote
control, different on/off settings for different days, etc.
The heater is built using the finest materials and its robust,
reliable design makes it ideally suited for use in demanding
environments such as public bathing facilities. The stone compartment
holds 25–45 kg. EP 100/EH 150 are floorstanding models
with a heating output of 10 or 15 kW respectively.
Mega-Line EZ 200/EZ 225 include the same features as
above, but can hold up to 55 kg of sauna stones. Outputs 20
and 22.5 kW.

A word of advice:
To minimise electricity consumption, always choose the highest
recommended output in relation to the volume of the sauna. This
is especially important in log saunas and saunas with a veranda
or glazed wall sections. The greater the output of the heater
in relation to the size of the sauna room, the less the actual
energy consumption.
This means, for example, that in a sauna room with a volume
of 7.5 cu.m., a 8 kW heater is a better choice than a 6 kW heater.
The principle behind the Air Flow System:
Cold air from the floor is sucked up via the open underside
of the heater and flows through the hot stone compartment, setting
the air convection principle in motion throughout the room.
