Blackchurch Leisure Company Ltd. is a family run business established in 1972 when we introduced the Tylo brand of sauna into Ireland. Having imported possibly the first sauna into Ireland in 1969 it took years to persuade the Irish people to start purchasing saunas for leisure centres, hotels and eventually homes.
Tylo was followed by the first sunbeds in the early 1970's namely Wolf, Supersun, and then Alisun. All market leading brands.
In the 80's we offered Tylo saunas, steam, sunbeds, hot tubs, spa baths, swimming pools and a full range of gym equipment for the health and leisure industry.
Our main business has always been the hotel chains such as the Marriott, Clarion, Radisson, Jury's, Four Seasons, Quality, McEniff, Tower Group, and the numerous other family run business's throughout Ireland.
Golf clubs and Leisure centres also make up a large part of our satisfied customers. Please view our client sector which lists a selection of the many clients we have been dealing with throughout the years.
As the "Spa" industry has grown in Ireland, we have carried out works in Kelly's Resort Hotel, The K-Club, Breffey Hotel, Westport Woods, Skellig, The Park Hotel, Powerscourt, to name but a few..
Most importantly we have still catered for the "home leisure" market, offering what was once at one time an exclusive/luxury product but is now a way of life for many.
We have come a long way through good and bad times. Most importantly for the end user we are still here!
